  1. Create your own copy of the First 6 Cycles Google Sheet by choosing Make a copy from the File menu (under Share & Export on mobile).

📆 Daily Instructions

  1. If starting a new cycle, enter the start date for the new cycle.
  2. Enter the monitor reading for today. If there's no monitor reading, you must enter an "X".
  3. Enter bleeding or intercourse, if applicable.
  4. If you used an OPK test, you can also log that test result.
  5. Your fertile window is updated automatically based on monitor readings.
  6. View the Summary tab to see estimates and calculations for upcoming days.
⚠️ Note that OPK results are not included in this sheet's automatic calculations. You must interpret OPK results yourself.
